Booking Fee refers to the government test booking fee, currently priced at $60.56 (as of 1 July 2020), is charged by ACT Transport when booking a driving test. If you prefer, you can take your learner’s written test online and book your practical driving test independently. However, if you would like assistance in coordinating your lessons and test, we are more than happy to help. Certainly! We offer the convenience of picking you up from your preferred location, whether it’s your home, workplace, or school. Similarly, we can drop you off at the same location after the lesson. To ensure smooth arrangements, please make these pickup and drop-off arrangements in advance with your instructor. Our goal is to make learning to drive as easy and convenient for you as possible. Feel free to let us know your preferred location, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs.
If you have scheduled your own driving test, it is necessary for you to provide a safe and suitable vehicle to use for the driving test. The vehicle should be registered and in a roadworthy condition. For detailed information regarding the requirements, please refer to the booking confirmation document that was emailed to you by ACT Transport when you scheduled your test.
